The company has two directors,
Dr Leanne Craze (BSW Hons 1, PhD) and Mr Ross Craze (BBus, CPA).
Leanne Craze, with Bachelor of Social Work (Hons 1) and PhD from the University of NSW (Faculty of Professional Studies), has over 20 years experience in:
· Research
· policy development
· program design, implementation and management
· program and service evaluation
· project management
· strategic planning and organisational building
· education and training
· community development
· legislation review in a broad range of fields including mental health, health, community services, housing and homelessness, disability and criminal justice.
Throughout this period Leanne has worked effectively with parliamentarians, ministerial advisory committees, state and commonwealth government departments and professional bodies. She has also worked closely with a wide range of consumer and carer groups and non government community organisations. Positions held include:

Ross Craze, is a CPA with a Bachelor of Business (University of Technology Sydney - Kuringai), and 25 years experience in small business management anddesign and maintenance of user-friendly spreadsheets, data-bases and surveys.
For the past 20 years Mr Craze has provided ongoing support to AMCOR Fibre Packaging Australia in the design and maintenance of their management and financial reporting Excel spreadsheets.
