Dr Leanne Craze has Master Trainer Accreditation to provide adult and youth MHFA courses at corporate and community venues and through E-training.

Mental Health First Aid is an award winning program that helps people to know what to do in mental health first crisis situations. It is also a course for people simply wanting to know more about mental illness.
 
It is a 12 hour course which will be run over 3 sessions or 2 days. The crisis situations covered by the course are suicidal behaviours, acute stress reaction, panic attacks and acute psychotic behaviour. It also covers a number of mental health conditions including depression anxiety, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Participants will learn the signs and symptoms of these mental health problems, where and how to get help and what sort of help has shown by research to be effective. It is a must do course.
